Delete your account — I'm Dead, What's Next?
You can delete your account and the binder saved with it at any time. It takes about a minute.
In the app
- Open the app and tap your email address at the top (or "Save my binder").
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type your password and confirm.
Or here on the web
Sign in with the email and password you use for the app, and your account will be deleted.
What is deleted
- Your account, your email address and your password.
- The binder saved on our server, and your sharing settings and family-plan seats.
- Any subscription is cancelled first, so you are not billed again.
- If you asked us to email you the checklist, that address is removed too.
What is not affected
- Anything saved on your own phone or computer stays there until you clear it. A printed or backup copy is yours to keep.
- A Founding Lifetime purchase ends with the account and is not refunded.
- Payment records held by Stripe are kept by Stripe, as the law requires.
Can't sign in, or only on the guide list?
Email kimberly.schultz1968@gmail.com from the address you used and we will delete your account or remove you from the guide list.
